My husband and I moved from Chicago. We didn't have any knowledge of the Charlotte area. Wanda was very helpful and went out of her way to make our house buying experience amazing. We corresponded through email and I told her what I was looking for. She then compiled a list of properties for me. I also went on Zillow and found other properties and she gladly added these to her list. she was very patient with me and answered all my questions. she was very knowledgeable and gave me a heads up on properties. She was quick to tell me if financing would be a problem on a property and why. She was never pushy or over bearing on trying to get me to look at something I was not interested in. When I wanted to see a property and she felt it was not a good fit, she would tell me her concerns but still would show me the property if I wanted to pursue. She was always very accommodating when it came to my schedule, showing properties in the evening and on the weekends. She is very knowledgeable regarding policies and laws in North Carolina. She was a jewel at my closing. She handled all the particulars from scheduling the inspections, selecting a home warranty, getting with the seller to correct issues found in the inspection and negotiating final sell price. Wanda was a blessing. We went down for a week in March, not realizing we should've had a realtor already lined up.
